Fluvium is constantly looking for athletes who carry out the creative, artistic and hard working ethos to apply for our Athlete Development Program. We provide guidance, apparel & monetary support to those who are selected to be part of the Fluvium culture.

Selection into the ADP is a rigorous process. We expect athletes to conduct themselves with integrity, ethics and embody the culture that Fluvium represents.
Community Access
Connect with other Fluvium athletes, coaches, and academies across disciplines.
Brand Partnership
Represent Fluvium in campaigns, content, and collaborative product development.
Criteria
Are you the right fit?
- Active competitor or coach in combat sports, board sports, or related disciplines
- Consistent training schedule with clear development goals
- Strong character that embodies integrity, discipline, and creativity
- Willingness to represent Fluvium at events, in content, and through product feedback
- Community presence - coaching, mentoring, or building your local scene
