Terms of Service
The rules for shopping with Fluvium.
These terms explain the responsibilities that apply when customers browse our site, purchase Fluvium gear, use campaign media, or interact with checkout and support.
Last updated: June 26, 2026Using The Fluvium Storefront
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use the Fluvium website, browse product campaigns, create an account, place an order, contact support, or interact with any Fluvium ecommerce feature.
By using the storefront, you agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid activity that disrupts checkout, inventory, account, cart, or security systems.
Products And Availability
Fluvium sells combat sports apparel, protective gear, training accessories, and related products. Product names, descriptions, prices, images, videos, availability, and campaign content may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizing, and details accurately, but screens, photography, lighting, and production batches may vary. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
Orders, Payment, And Verification
When you place an order, you agree that all billing, shipping, contact, and payment information is accurate and authorised. Orders may be reviewed, declined, cancelled, or limited if information appears inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Additional payment provider terms may apply. Prices, taxes, shipping fees, and discounts will be shown during checkout where applicable.
Shipping, Returns, And Exchanges
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier, fulfilment volume, customs, weather, or other conditions outside Fluvium's control.
Return and exchange eligibility may depend on product condition, timing, hygiene requirements, promotional rules, and proof of purchase. Items used in training, washed, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging may not qualify unless required by law.
Training And Product Use
Combat sports involve risk. Fluvium products are not a substitute for qualified coaching, safe training practices, supervision, or appropriate medical advice.
Protective gear may reduce certain impacts but cannot eliminate injury risk. Customers are responsible for selecting suitable products, checking fit, inspecting gear before use, and training responsibly.
Accounts And Security
If account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity under your account.
Notify us if you believe your account, order, or payment information has been used without permission.
Intellectual Property
The Fluvium name, logos, product photography, campaign videos, product descriptions, interface design, and other storefront content are owned by Fluvium or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, sell, modify, or use our content, branding, or media for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluvium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the storefront, products, shipping delays, third-party services, or training activity.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the store, products, policies, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
