Products & Orders

How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is as simple as visiting our store, adding products to your cart,entering your contact and shipping details and choosing either the Razorpay option or Payment Before Delivery Option to place an order.

Can I place an order if I do not have an account?
Unfortunately you cannot place an order without creating an account. However creating an account is extremely simple. All you need to have in order to create an account is an email ID. With you account you can keep track of your orders as well as shipments.

When will I be charged for my order?
If you choose the Razorpay Option you will be redirected to our payment gateway partner and you can complete your transaction there. On completion you will be charged immediately. However if you choose the Payment Before Delivery option you can place an order without making any payment. Once the order is ready to ship we will send you a payment link which you can use to complete the transaction and will be charged accordingly.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes you most certainly can. Just email your order number and any changes or cancellation you would like to make to info@fluvium.co so we can modify or cancel your order accordingly.

Has my order shipped?
If you're order has shipped we would have sent you an email with the confirmation of shipment along with the tracking ID. If not, we request you to await 2 days after placing an order to shoot us an email to info@fluvium.co with your order details so that we can address it immediately.

An item is missing from my shipment
If an item is missing from your order or shipment, please email us the details of the items missing along with the order number. We will verify the same with our packing & forwarding department and reship the product if in fact there has been a mistake from our end.

My order never arrived.
You can track the order with the tracking ID we would have sent you. If there seems to be a prolonged delay and no update on your shipment do email us so we can coordinate with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.

Do you collect taxes?
Yes we do collect GST (Goods & Service Tax) which is generally around 12% and file the same every month.

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship approximately 1-2 days after placing an order. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. With the tracking code you can visit the tracking page to track your order.

Where does my order ship from?
Your order ships from Bangalore, India. The exact address can be identified from our contact us page.

How long will shipping take?
Depending on the delivery location, it can take anywhere from 1-5 days. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. With the tracking code you can visit the tracking page to track your order.
