How do I choose a BJJ gi size?
Start with the size guide using height and weight, then consider sleeve preference, wash shrinkage, and academy uniform rules.
Can I return something after training in it?
Usually no. Returns are intended for unworn items with tags and packaging. If an item arrived damaged, contact support before use.
Do mats ship with apparel?
Large or heavy mats may ship separately from apparel and small gear because they need different packing and carrier handling.
How should I wash rashguards?
Cold wash, avoid bleach and fabric softener, keep velcro away from technical fabric, and hang dry to preserve compression.
Can academies place team orders?
